Disrespectful, Non-communicative and Late

I booked a move a month in advance and paid in full only to lose revenue due to this company!! They do not even have the decency to contact me as a client to inform me that they are late by 4 hours nor do they pick up calls.

Once they picked up I am told about respect for asking why they do not contact their clients with the time. Extremely disheartening.

Also one of the numbers on their signature does not work!

Never again!
