BAD SERVICE

Hi<br> <br> My cars has a dent in December 15 and put claims, sent pictures, quotations many times but until today my claim still not finalise. The assessor came early Feb 16 to assess one car and promised to come the next week to assess the other car but still today is still coming.<br> <br> I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service and I have even cancel my insurance. I will take the matter to court.<br> <br> I told the company that I need to be e-mail or sms for all the communication as I don't carry my cell phone.<br> <br> I would like to be refunded my monies since from the beginning or my cars to be fixed within 30 days. I would like them deposit the money in my account as I don't trust them. The have been some complaints that they don't pay and no Panel beater want to help with the quotation as they say the company is time waster.<br> <br> I will be happy if this can be resolved asp and have my life back. I will also like to cancel the policy for both cars . I rather have nothing than to have ghost insurance.<br> <br> They always keep on promising .
