Disappointing Experience with Sam

I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with Sam, a photographer I hired to capture my special day. Despite his talent, his unprofessionalism and unreliable service have led to frustration and disappointment. We got married in October 2023, and as agreed, Sam was supposed to deliver our highlight photos within a week. However, we had to persistently request them, and even then, they failed to meet our expectations. The deadline for our wedding photos was initially set for January 2024, which we extended to February 2024 due to the subpar highlight photos. Unfortunately, Sam continued to disregard our calls and messages, making empty promises and ignoring our requests. We had to involve legal counsel to resolve the matter. It wasn't until June 20, 2024, that we received a link to our wedding photos, which were poorly edited. Regrettably, some essential photos of our friends and family members who participated in the reception are missing. Despite our requests, Sam continues to ignore us. While Sam's talent is undeniable, his unprofessional conduct has overshadowed his skills. I hope he takes our experience as an opportunity to reflect on his business practices and improve his services for future clients.
