Pathetic service!

I had found this woman by the name of Sam Hulley on Facebook advertising to do baby castings and I was interested so I contacted her. She was ever so helpful and full of smiles just to get my business !!!! Anyway she had come to get the casting done for my baby and I paid her R700 with a balance on R600 to be paid to her on collection of the casting which she said would be ready in 4 weeks . I had never contacted her about it as I didn't want to put pressure on her to get it ready quickly so I waited and she contacted me in 2 weeks and said my casting would be ready that weekend to collect so I was very excited and I asked for her address to collect ..as the time came closer to the weekend I sent her messages which she just read and never responded !! So i questioned her about it that Monday which she had an excuse that her body was sore !! And apparently she was not working so I apologised and she promised again it would be ready the next weekend... I waited and waited and sent her messages again when that weekend drew near and got no response from her again and when I had asked her that next Monday she gave me the same excuse that her body was sore and she wasn't working but all that time I had seen her posting pictures on Facebook of other castings she was doing !! So i told her to let me know when it is REALLY ready and also asked if something had happen to my babies casting as she kept procrastinating... she said it was fine. So she had it ready after 4 weeks and tells me the day before to collect it on Saturday which I explained I would not be able to as I was away for the weekend and I said I could collect that Sunday but she said she was not available so I said im sorry I can only then collect it the following Saturday as she said it was not a problem only to get a message from her the next day to say we need to come collect it or she will deliver as she has financial obligations !!!!!! So i explained that if she had told me she needed that R600 so urgently for her financial obligations then I would have arranged for someone else to collect and drop off the money for me and she just reads my message and doesn't respond !! I dont know why she lies or if she is bipolar .. she speaks very bluntly to me and has very bad service and attitude which I as a customer doesn't appreciate...basically bullying me for the money. I urge that no one do business with her or give her support as she doesn't seem like a very stable business person !!
