MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS

Worst business ever. We were made to book an appointment and when my daughter got there, she had to wait for an hour and a half before she was attended after we had to go there again and demand that she be attended. Missed transport to her matric dance so our money went to waste, all becuase Sam Hair had not kept our scheduled appointment. When we asked for the owner/manager details they refused to give them to us. Pathetic service for the exorbitant amounts of money they charge. DON'T EVER GO THERE.
