The registration papers for the s****** that I bought were never delivered after I paid the delivery costs, know they refuse to deliver the registration papers.

Hi everyone, please never buy anything from SAM. I bought a black swift 150 s****** from them at the Edenvale branch last week and thursday. My dad and my brother had to go to the Edenvale branch to take cash for them so that we can purchase the s******, because they do not do COD. I had to give my dad R500.00 for petrol because he came all the way from Germiston to Kempton Park (where me and my brother stays) to Edenvale and he had to bring my brother back home and then he went back to Germiston. I also had to pay R350.00 for SAM Edenvale to deliver the s******. The staff told my brother and my Dad that they have to deliver the s****** because the paper work is still going to take about two hours and that they will sent the papers with. Later that afternoon, I received a sms from Lynn (the lady that did the deal for me) that the head office's computers had crashed and that she will keep me informed. Lynn never kept me informed and I phoned her today. She didn't answer the phone and i phoned head office and spoke with Sierra. Sierra gave me the telephone number of the Edenvale branch but there were no answer. When I looked at my phone's screen, there were a missed call from Lynn. When I phoned Lynn, she told me that I have to collect the papers from the store because the deliver were for the s****** but last Thursday she told my brother and my Dad that we will received the papers with the s****** that we never did. I phoned the head office again and I spoke with Sierra again to lay a complain. Sierra told me that she will phone Lynn immediately and try to sort it out. After a few minutes I received an email from Sierra saying that I have to go to the Edenvale branch to collect the papers because I had to sign for the papers. Why did I pay the delivery costs if they didn't even delivered the registration papers? I paid R15500.00 for the s******, a helmet, gloves and the delivery costs. SAM Edenvale refuse to deliver the registration papers to me, although I paid the delivery costs. If I had to sign for tthe papers then why don't they sent the paper that I have to sign with the courier?
