Damaged shoes

I bought shoes in August 2015 at Salvatore Ferragamo, within 2 months of wearing the shoes the sole was damaged and needed repair. I went back to Ferragamo in Sandton asking them to repair my shoes. I gave them my contacts details for them to contact me when they were done with the repair, however when I called them in November 2015 they told me they have taken the shoes to Italy for repair and in December 2015 they called me to come and collect the shoes and when I arrived I found that nothing was done and told them to repair them. In February they called me again to come and fetch the shoes, I asked my cousin to collect. When he arrives I inspected the shoes and found that nothing has been done. I returned the shoes back and they promise to repair them and it will take 3 months. My question is how many 3months do I have to wait until my shoes are repaired and returned back to me.
