Beer Drinking Funeral

Today you had a funeral. I have never had a problem with you guys in 17 yrs. Now, before the body was even buried there was a large crowd, cars everywhere and every guy had a quart of beer. I am sorry, drinking in the street, guys urinating on nearby trees in full view of the public and causing a raucous! Firstb8f all, drinkingbis not allowed in public on the street and secondly, this event was not cleared with the EMPD or the Police .This was a funeral not an excuse to get drunk!!
