Bad customer service experience

I went to Salvage Co. Discounters Groceries, Toiletries Factory Shop which is based in Althone Cape Town and saw a pan which was advertised for R139.20 and the cashier scanned my item and the price that was on the till was not what was written on the pans,the cashier then call the manger who is (Ashley) to tell him tell him what i have said.Ashley then went to the shelf where the pans were placed and saw the amount of R319.20 and one other pan which was wriiten the same amount which i have seen and he then told me that he will never sell that pan to me with the amount that was advertised with an attitude i was so disappointed as he is the manager of the store he should know better.
