owner of pub rude and insulting

We had a few drinks at Salvador Pub the saturday evening. I ordered a vodka and lime and got a vodka and passionfruit instead. I told the bartender that I would not pay for the incorrect drink and asked for another with lime. We have been experimenting with the passionfruit instead of lime and I did not like the taste. The owner then said to the bartender that he hould give the drink to her. We continued with our drinks, thinking nothing of it. Her voice was quite hostile so I asked my boyfriend if I had done something wrong, he confirmed that I havent and said it was within my right. After our last drink, my bpyfriend laid on my shoulder and I paid the bill. This apparently triggered Tracey and she and her friends became verbally abusive towards us. She told us to get a \gernie"and that I should get a better boyfriend and take my passionfruit and vodka back. She then bought drinks for another couple sitting next to us creating the atmosphere that we are not welcome. She continued with her bantering and I lost it and swore at her. I really dont understand the reason for her behaviour. """
