SALUTE SECURITY POLOKWANE A NO GO!!!!!

We've been with Salute Security for over 2 years. In that 2 years, we had multiple break-ins at our premises where we had a loss of R12 000 worth of equipment. They don't go in the premises to check if someone is still there. They phone you to come and check it out. We've always paid them on time, but with Covid 19 almost forsing our business to close down, we missed a few payments. We tried to ask for relief from them, which wasn't given to us, so then I made an arrangement to pay our outstanding amount on the 15 January 2021. They came to remove their systems a week before then(after said arrangement) without contacting me to notify me. My staff had notified me. I paid the full amount I owed them last week, now they are demanding a removal fee of R2553.83. I refuse to pay that!! I've also spoken to Candice about the issue at hand as I feel it's very unfair of them. I won't recommend their services to anyone.
