Incompetence needs not title ...

Absolutely disgusted. Went to Salushi with my friend and ordered four things takeaway (Vegetarian California rolls (4 piece), tuna crunch rolls (4 piece), prawn passion rolls (4 piece) and salmon fashion sandwiches (4 piece)). I asked for them to put the prawn passion rolls in a separate dish as I am allergic to shellfish. The total was R170 but we even left R10 tip because the restaurant wasn't busy and we sympathized with the waiter. We did not recieve a copy of the reciept and left. We were handed a plastic bag containing two boxes with the sushi. When we opened the food later we realised that not only did they not give us the California rolls, but the tuna crunch rolls had no tuna. This was completely unacceptable. Offended by the service I called the store to complain and the woman who answered responded asked the kitchen staff who said we were given the rolls. Eventually they offered to make the sushi and I could come collect it (at the time we were only aware of the missing Calafornia rolls having not eaten the food yet to discover there was no tuna in tuna crunch rolls). I explained that I did not have a vehicle at the time and there was no way that I could get there could they please deliver it. The womans response was curt saying that Salushi does not deliver. I told her that they are linked to uber eats and that they could deliver that way, to which the response was that they are not linked with uber eats and she maintained that they do not and will not deliver. I asked if I could come get the food another day this week which they agreed but didn't even ask my name or number. I told her my name and ended the call. I have the slip of R180 that I paid using my bank card and actually took a picture of the food that we recieved. I am actually just disgusted with the service that I recieved today. I always recommended Salushi to friends and family but I will never do so again. I ultimately paid for food that I did not recieve, the food I got was wrong, I paid R10 tip to people I now think did not deserve it and lastly wasted airtime arguing with Salushi staff in how they did not give me my food and that they could deliver.
