Dissapointed

Saltycrax guesthouse rate as a 5star In there Brochure stand there is a complimentary wine in fridge When we open fridge there is nothing We ask the Assistant about the wine He phone the Manager then he told us no complimentary wine Then they can't put it in the brochure One light next to bed not working We wait outside 12min before somebody answer to help us That is not what I expect from a 5 star guesthouse
