Dissapointed

We make a booking at Saltycrax at Bloubergstrand 5 star Guesthouse In the room on Brochure stands there is a complementary wine in fridge There is no wine in fridge I ask the assistant there is no wine he said he will phone the manager then he said the manager said no complimentary wine For a 5 star you can't put in brochure there is a complimentary wine in fridge and then they said no wine Even one light is not burning We wait outside the gate 12min before somebody help us That is not what I expect from a 5 star guesthouse
