No Service - no interrest in customers!

<p>Have filled in an online form for a booking a week ago - no reply from the Saltrock Hotel / Caravan Park.</p> <p>Sent an e-mail several days later requesting a booking - no reply.</p> <p>Called the caravan park and was told that they have received my mail but they are so busy and could not reply.</p> <p>Have asked them to give me the information over hte phone but was told that they will call me back because they are so busy, have then asked them to e-mail me the information - still waiting for a reply.</p> <p>This is a disgrace and I think it is time that businesses review their staff competence and their staff attidude to word customers.</p>
