Extremely Disappointed and Dissatisfied

Every family holiday since I was born was at Salt Rock hotel, I grew up in this hotel with the staff.

Lately I took my family from jhb for a day out to salt rock hotel and the manager(Foreign) got an Indian lady to come to us and tell us that we can't eat the food we brought with us, mind you we were fasting. Then he went to his manager(White) who came and us and told my granny(diabetic) she can't eat her diddle daddle popcorn, she needed sugar. We were harrassed from the time we got there til we left. Mind you they asked us to sit on the beach benches and eat this is basically down at beach off the property. I was irrate with the way I was treated and they dis respected my seniors off the family. I basically lost my temper and cool and almost hit both managers, I kept my cool and restrained myself, they don't know who I am they are definitely new at the hotel.

I will continue to discredit this hotel because up to today no apology no nothing from the hotel or staff.

Best hotel to worst hotel in a single turn...
