Incompetence: Salted Fynbos Staying

A booking was made early September with confirmation received. Holiday plans in full swing and in motion. Road trip planned and everybody excited. 2-3 week later, Slater Fynbos Staying send through a cancellation. Double booking - wonder who benefitted from this - family or pure incompetence ?? No warning, no alternative solution, NOTHING !! Their reviews tell a different story :( Don't be fooled !!
