Stuck because of my UIF..BROKE BROKE BROKE

Hello I worked from March till 25th September,may I found out I'm pregnant and wasn't aware,I app**** for maternity leave before I gave birth,I filled and submit everything before I gave birth the only thing missing was the baby's certificate, I submitted it on the 11th November.since I gave birth on the 20th October 2024.i was told not to worry about going to que at the department of labour because there's a company claiming UIF/Maternity for us..to my surprise I'm surprised in not receiving any money from uif and time is ticking on the 11th November I send HR(Alisha Moodley)an email doing a follow because she never gave me any feedback besides calling me to tell me the salt jhbbranchis closing down so i don'thavea job anymore..to my suprise on that day that's when she submitted my forms to the company claiming for us, like what was she doing all along with my paper's,if she couldn't help why didn't she send them back so I go claim for myself?then she ignores my email's or take forever to reply..now I don't have money my baby is running out of pampers and milk. Should I have submitted my thing's I would be on my 3rd if not last payment..not forgetting I'm now unemployed I must start looking fir another job, I also wanna register my baby on SASSA they asked for a termination letter which I sent her an email early November asking for it she told me I Will get it end if January why because I'm bit employed anymore and I don't receive any payment from them?the company claiming on our behalf sent me forms to take to the department of labor.. why didn't I do this fir myself to begin with instead of them wasting my time..I want my money they must see to finish how I get it..HR even **** and said they will pay me whole I'm home then she denies and say she didn't say that. Please do help me.
