Unprofessional, Unstable and Poorly Managed

Extremely disappointing work environment. Management was unorganised, lacked communication and did not value employees. I was given a letter stating that my contract was ending while I was on leave - no discussion, no courtesy. There were no connect sessions to reflect on my time there or provide feedback. Laura (the boss) was hardly ever around, making it difficult to get any real guidance or leadership. The company felt like a ‘fly-by-night’ operation - we never knew when we'd get paid. Expectations were high, but support was nonexistent. Overall, it was just a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for stability or respect in the workplace.
