Takes Money, Then No Delivery, No Customer Service

I ordered from Salt Armour online and paid on 24/07/2015.<br> They then confirmed my order and said it would take 14 business days to arrive. <br> It is now October and still nothing. <br> With my confirmation email I received an alarming statement, that due to the courier they use I won't receive a tracking number. How can you ship an expensive order abroad without a tracking number?<br> <br> I have emailed them multiple times and they initially rep**** and said they will reship, but I need to pay additional charges for them to ship express via DHL. I now realise this was a way to further milk me for money. <br> Now I never heard back from them in the last month after multiple attempts to contact them. <br> I have since searched the company online and it seems they do this quite often, take customers money and never deliver their orders. <br> All I want is my money back or my order to be shipped.
