Poor service from Salt and Pepper Homes

I have moved to Pretoria from Port Elizabeth due to a job opportunity in August of 2023. My family remained in P.E because our baby still attended school. They relocated to Pretoria at the end of Novemeber and we rented a townhouse from Salt and Pepper Homes in Doornpoort, Pretoria. We only moved into the property mid Decemeber because we were waiting for our furniture. From day 1 of moving we experienced proplems with the plumbing when my wife wanted to do the laundry, dirty, stink black water ran the whole house after using the washingmachine drainage pipe in the kitchen, there is another connection in the main bathroom and that tap leaked and water messed the whole bathroom and hallway. That was fixed. A few days later we noticed the color of the water is very dirty and had a foul smell, even from the showers and bath. I complained to Salt and Pepper Homes and they rep**** there is nothing they can do as this is a municipality matter. They want me and my family to stay in a house with undrinkable water and water we cant even use to bath because of the foul smell.
