Terrible Service at Salsa

We have just had a meal at Salsa Mexican Grill in Umhlanga in The Chartwell Centre. Marcia the manager has displayed the most atrocious customer service we have experienced. The Nachos by her own admission was too soggy and her solution was to charge us 50% of the cost. When she was questioned on this she said the waiter would be chatged for the meal. When challenged she claimed to have not said any of this. This is shocking service and a complete
