Poor service from staff and management

Me and my wife decided to see what all the rave was about at the new Salsa restaurant at Jean Crossing in Centurion. Upon our arrival we were seated by the maitre ‘D.

We thought this was awesome. We place our drinks and food orders and waited patiently. We received our food and were not intrigued because of the amount we paid and the portion we received. But that’s besides the point. My wife had jalepenos in her food which she did not ask to be put there and she got Ill and couldn’t eat any of her food. I finished what I could of her food, and then asked the waiter to call the manager simply to ask why they were in her meal. The waiter had obviously explained the situation to the manager. The manager walked o our tables and put two shots of tequila on the House in front of house. Neither me or my wife drink tequila so we expected the manager to apologize orjust explain something. But he simply walked away without a word. I then called him again and asked to explain and he said he gave them to us as a good gesture. I don’t drink tequila and on top of that now I had to buy food for my wife elsewhere just so that she could eat.

Extremely poor service from staff and management. We won’t be spending time there again.
