Accused of underpaying

We held a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend on Monday 11 June 2018 at Salsa, Loftus Park. After arriving home I got an accusatory and aggressive phonecall from one of the staff who I assume wasn't even a manager who accused me of not paying a substantial amount on our bill. When I proceeded to attempt to speak the the man to explore possibilities (such as members of the group who left early paying separately) he bulldozed over me and told me I have to come in and pay. After hanging up on me twice, I eventually handed them over to my boyfriend who managed to calm them. The waiter had been careless when we paid the bill and I even had to call him back to the table so I could make my payment. We are all honest people who would not short-pay and, in fact, paid sizable tips. This left a bitter taste in our mouths after a largely enjoyable evening. This is unfortunately not somewhere we are likely to dine again. Also, they did not have an excessively pricey craft beer's price stated on their menu or anywhere else we could see in the venue which is not on form.
