WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I had recently celebrated my birthday and as a gift my mum sent me to this salon to do a perm. The reason for a perm specifically was because I suffer severely from psoriasis on my face and I was hoping having curls dropping in my face would camouflage the ugliness that comes with this disorder. Excited as ever; I get to the salon ready to be amazing ... little did I know, my problems were about to get a million times worse. After my hair practically melted off, and Tracy just gathered all the hair and chopped it off- I was told it’s because I used relaxer in my hair. Which, mind you- I have NEVER in my life... maybe it’s becasue I’m a colored girl with good hair, the assumption is I must be relaxing? But let’s move on.... I STILL had to pay R1 160 for a perm that never happened, all my hair to be chopped off and my confidence to be at absolute rock bottom. I thought Tracy was absolutely lovely when I met her and I was confident because she was confident ... sometimes all a client needs is a heartfelt apology and a way forward .. I still have not received a “Sorry”... with all the apparent international accreditation’s ... customer service at this salon is the absolute worst . I have never in my life posted like this , but I don’t want to be the only one having a bad day today when I had done nothing wrong I left that salon crying my eyes out !
