Heardresser kraaifontein messed up my hair

i went to put in hair extensions which cost me R2000 i asked Ria Moulen to cut my hair in layers to get the line gone of my own hair. she made my hair a mess i had the photos of before and after on fb my hair was just horrible we don't think her business is registered and all sales clients does not go onto the books so her tax will be paid incorrect.<br> <br> I tried to reason with her regarding to pay for my new extensions that she claimed she is qualified to cut.<br> My cost of extensions was R2000 and she charged me to R120 for the haircut. <br> <br> i saved money for this 2 years long and had the extensions in only one day. I believe i need help to make this lady pay at least half of my extensions money which is R850 and how can i take this lady further.<br> <br> i do believable Ria Moulen should not be cutting hair at all.
