Revolting service - stay away!

<p>My wife went to Salon Nomsa in Woodmead to get faux-locks on 26 March 2016 after asking them if they can do the hairstyle and sending them a picture. The locks then started to fall out THE NEXT DAY and she had to return to the salon to have them re-done (it took 6 hours on the Saturday and a further one hour on Sunday). On the Tuesday 29th March, my wife was advised by the salon to take out the hair piece after more locks fell out the night before. At this stage we sought legal advice about the situation and after one again complaining to the salon my wife returned on 1st July to get the hairstyle done from scratch and alas the locks started to fall out the same week.<br />My wife has tirelessly been using hours of her airtime to contact the salon for a refund in vain. They are ALWAYS promising to speak to the owner and call her back but for THREE WEEKS they have not done that a single time - she is always the one bugging them and still gets empty promises.<br />Our disappointment is that we really wanted to support black business and went out of our way to give the benefit of the doubt and spent a fortune on calls and hours in time to chase after the salon.<br />I would not recommend anyone to trust this salon, it's a disgrace to black business and should be removed from platforms that promote the support of black business in our country.</p> <p>Our money ****** and lying staff members with no integrity - absolute disgrace.</p>
