DAMAGED HAIR

<p>In December 2016 my sister and I visited Salon Lisa on Henwood road to get our hair permently straightened. Upon arrival, we were told that our treatments would be R3000 each. We then began the 6 hour long process, midway my hair startled to burn a little and I assumed that was normal. Finally at the end, my scalp felt raw yet it was really straight. The hair dresser then started cutting bits of my hair away and when I went home I noticed she cut a rat bite in my hair. </p> <p>Days turned into weeks and I noticed after washing my hair it became more tangled and course. My hair before this, was never tangly a little frizzy but never this bad. </p> <p>Today, 5 months later my hair is falling out in clumps, I can't wear my hair down nor can I run my hands through it without knots and chunks falling out. I am so upset because my hair is completely damaged from Lisa and her *********** staff. I've tried Day after day to get a response from them but they haven't rep**** to me or even apologized. My sisters hair is damaged too and we paid a lot of money we really want our money back. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have added a photo of what my hair looks like </p>
