Very poor hairdressing

I am writing to warn other women about a hair salon in Mall @ Redds in Centurion. Gauteng "Salon la Verni" shop 23. I asked them to put half a head of highlights on my already brown/dark blonde hair. I told them if my hair doesn't have low lights in the regrowth will be too prominent and I cannot afford to have it done every 5 weeks.

Results the entire top of my head was blonde, she did it too fine. I went back she put lowlights in... It didn't develop still blonde only.. She suggested to do it again but with a darker brown. Result my entire head was dark brown. Her colleague said I should go home and wash with bicarbonate of soda... ?

I paid R1, 010 for cut half head highlights and blow dry.. I went back and spoke to the owner Veronica, explained very politely that I was not happy. She said she would fix it.

I went in she requested a photo, got one on Pinterest. Also explained again in Afrikaans, her mother tongue too what exactly I wanted. She put in only a few foils, let it develop for not even 15 minutes, said it was fine... Obviously annoyed by me and not in the least interested in fixing my hair...

Results still very dark hair with only slightly lighter dark brown on top...

If you need photos I'm very happy to send it to you. Why should a customer pay so much money and not be happy with the result. Not fair.
