Hair Disaster

I told the stylist I wanted blonde with brown streaks. She advised that she wanted to put copper in my hair. I said I don't do red. She said just a few under the brown to lift it, she said I would hardly see it. Well when she finished I had black and bright red streaks in my hair (thick streaks) and the blonde which she said she would make the same as the rest of my hair came out so bleached that it actually looks grey. She had to tint my hair 3 more times to try get the red out. As a result I have grey hair with black and pink streaks. The brown she showed me she was going to put in was at least 3 shades darker. Plus she forget to swap the colours when doing my fringe and now I have a solid black fringe. I arrived at the salon at 8am, expecting to be done by 11am as we had plans which I had to cancel as I only left the salon at 3PM in tears!The stylist admitted she was wrong and told me she would not charge me for the highlights.I walked out with a bill of R880! I have been trying to call the owner for the last 2 days. I now have to go spend hundreds of rands at another salon to fix this mess and my hair is so damaged! Disgusted!!!
