Customer humiliated

I visited the salon. they were fully booked and the man behind the counter was friendly and helpfull. the man made an appointment for the next morning. the hairstylist Carl, was not impressed and gave my daughter and I dirty looks. I left it but was very upset by it. the next day I returned for my appointment. i was half an hour early as with all my appointments, I just briefly walked to the counter to let them know Im there and was going to sit down, when the rude hairstylist Carl yelled because im early and rudely yelled for me to sit down and wait. I was so shocked and humiliated I couldnt say anything, but I was so upset by it that I just walked out. now everytime my daughter and I go to checkers or any other shop for that matter, we get dirty looks which is very uncomfortable for us. they had let us know that we are banned there and I must say all of this after my daughter worked there with NO salaryNO income whatsoever. I was humiliated in public, so I want a public apology from the owner AND ESPECIALLY the hairstylist Carl . should this not happen in the next 48hours. I will proceed with the Carleton Herald to do an in depth article about this. I will report them to centre managment as well . Im not happy with this
