Bad service

<p>I was in the salon here in Cape Gate on the 15th Dec n was very unhappy with the service that was given 2 me and worse thing about it is that when I got home I saw that my earrings had been stained by the chemicals they used on my hair. I therefore sent their head office a email on the 17th laying my complaint. I contacted the head office on the 19th to ask if they received my mail and the receptionist said they did any would pass it on to the correct person. I am up till today still waiting on a reply and I'm really irritated with the way they are handling the situation.
