Bad hair day

I cut my hair at this salon I believe in June or July of this year. I also did a Brazilian which lasted about a month. I then went back and specifically asked to please get rid of the purple in my hair. The lady did highlights. I think she must have realized that highlights was not gonna take out all the purple at which point she asked someone ( not sure if it was the owner) if she could add more foils. At which point she said no! I left 5 hours later. I waited a month and went back to my stylist, thinking the fault was my stubborn hair. She bleached and fixed my hair in an hour. I had to pay a lot of money to fix the mess this salon made. And my hair has not grown and inch since they cut it ! Thanks for that. Whoever the lady was that said no to more highlights, you clearly don't know how to do business, you didn't offer a compromise or properly communicated with me. I would not recommend this place to any person that's serious about good hair. This place is the perfect example of cheap buying usually means expensive buy ! Extremely disappointed and have since warned all my people to stay away.
