Salon de Beaute Bellevue

I am extremely upset and disappointed with hair. I had a consultation with Kevin and he knew my hair needed work, he talked me through the process and his plans to get my hair to a place we can work with so that I can do balayge. I saved my money for 2 weeks and honestly couldn't sleep I was so excited. When I arrive for my appointment Kevin wasn't there and I was told they will have another lady do my hair who is "better with color." Unfortunately, speaking English was a challenge for her, so I wasn't able to communicate what Kevin and I talked about or how to treat my complicated hair. She ended up bleaching my whole head and it was patchy and discolored due to my coloring past which Kevin and I spoke in detail about. They scrambled to get it to match and "fixed" my roots to match. Now I'm left with bright sherbert colored hair with mustard yellow roots. I am so embarrassed to go to work but I don't have money after this appointment to fix it until pay day. I feel so insecure and upset that they didn't listen and were just happy to let me walk out with orange/yellow hair. After my appointment when I had to pay to she was remarking at what a good price they were charging me, my entire time at the salon was upsetting and not worth my money. I hate being negative but when I save money for weeks and am left feeling stressed, unattractive, and ignored, I have to hopefully stop someone else having this experience.
