Bad attidude trying to make an appointment

I bought a groupon deal for laser hair removal treatment at Salon Chio Sea Point almost three months ago. I have never been to this salon before and have been trying to make an appointment but everytime I try to call the merchant the phone rings and no one answers. I have however managed on two occassions to get through but still was not able to book an appointment as this Johan person on the first occasion, after I asked him to repeat something he had said as the phone was soft, screams it slowly as if Im stupid then gives me a date which I told him I couldn't make and rudely tells me that he will call me when I can come in?????? which he never did. I tried phoning numerous times after this but to no avail as no one answers the phone. I eventually got through a month later when Johan answers the phone rudely saying \I'M BUSY WITH A CLIENT"and after I said in a polite tone that I would like to make an appointment screams over the phone \""I TOLD YOU THAT I AM BUSY\"". This behaviour is unacceptable and now I am trying to get my R1000 back from groupon as I do not intend on phoning this place again or using this voucher. I am disgusted. Totally unacceptable customer service. """
