Salon 65 owner not owning up to her mistakes!

I had gone to my regular hairdresser twice a week for quite some time to have my hair done. Recently I had my hair cut into layers from a picture I gave her. I wasn't happy with the length and the amount of layers she cut, and the style didn't look like the picture. I went back to her last week to cut more layers in the back, as I wanted more body in my hair and closer to the picture I had given her. I don't know what she did but my hair is a total mess and much shorter than I wanted. When I left the salon and got into my car I started crying immediately and couldn't stop for about an hour. I decided to cool down first and let her know that I was unhappy about what she did to my hair. I had another hairdresser tell me that it was a total mess and not even the same length on each side!! All she could say was that she thought this is what I wanted and that in her industry people will say things to make other hairdressers look bad. She can't even admit that she is wrong and that she stuffed up my hair, instead she says that I am difficult to please. She has such a bad attitude that she couldn't even say sorry and blames me for her shortcomings. WORST HAIRDRESSER EVER!
