Unhappy Salomon customer

I bought sneakers for R2400 and after 2 months it started to tear on the inside on both shoes, took it back to Sportsman Wearhouse and apparently they did send it back to supplier and the reason is that the shoes are too big, how bizarre! There agent assisted us with the shoe size. Wrote to Salomon, and absolutely NO reply after 3 emails, shocking shocking service from both companies. If I have paid maybe R500 for the shoes I can understand but R2400 is a lot of money for shoes. Where do I start to get these shoes exchanged?
