Stay away from their online specials. They will take your money, then tell you they dont have stock and dont offer an alternative.

This winter sale was great, I ordered shoes, paid for them, then only after it was shipped, do I get told, "oh sorry but we dont have stock anymore and there is nothing we can do". I was reasonable and asked for just any other color, or even the womans shoe and just get met with the policy of why its not Salomons problem and they arnt willing to even entertain sending me an alternative because apparently the Ultra X 4 that I ordered was so special there is no alternative available and all other Ultra X 4s are infact far more expensive than the extra special one I ordered, paid for, and actually chose compared to another option which was on special by another brand which I cant go back to now because their special ended. So now im without the shoes I needed, with no alternatives since stupidly opted to support Salomon instead of the alternative brand.
