Solomon trail running shoes for kids

Bought a second pair of kiddies cross trainers for my boy. The shoes is one month old it is torn, the name is coming off and it looks like old shoes. I went to the manager had to take photos and now i must wait till friday for an answer. Sure this is not acceptable. Poor service
