Shoes never delivered

Bought shoes on the 2nd of March 2022. Received an email for "customer service" but not confirmation of the shoes I bought on line. I don't thing they exist . I am still waiting for my shoes but I don't think they will deliver because emily the store owner does not reply to any of my request's. Very expensive shoes because I have not received anything .
