Shame on you Salomon Sport

Salomon shoes are a good quality shoe but unfortunately there is no back up support from the local distributor when a problem arises. On their web site when you hit contact us you can only send a mail , this is never responded to or acknowledged you contact their office in Durban the promise to respond and nothing happens. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact the GM Lee Besnard who does not take calls or respond . Shame on you -you sell a premium product with sub standard after sales service.
