Salomon's falling apart for no reason

I bought a pair of speedcross various in April of 2016 which means that my shoes still fall within the warranty. I have been trying to get hold of Salomon to repair or replace my shoes with no luck.

The inside of my shoe have small tears but the rest of the shoe is durable without wear.

Help!!!
