Salomon Torn

I bought a pair of Salomon Speed cross 4 shoes that is tearing on the top. This is exactly what happened with my previous pair which was replaced. I wear my shoes to the mall and on weekends. It is not used for any outdoor activities. I bought my first pair for R700 bucks and it lasted almost three years. Now Salomon's representive Craig says that it is wear and tear due to dust that went into my shoe funny. I will wear this pair on Fridays going forward to all my huge customers and if they ask about my shoe imagine my answer
