Salomon Sports bad customer service

I bought a pair of hiking sneakers from Salomon Sports online. I received delivery the next day of the wrong shoe size which I had definitely not ordered. I immediately contacted their customer service department and and was told where I need to return the shoes. The same day I couriered the sneakers back. I emailed them 2 days later to ask for confirmation that they received my sneakers. I received no response and emailed them again after 2 days. The next day the response was that they will check the warehouse. I could go on with the details of me either calling them or emailing and not receiving a response or not being given a proper way forward. At some point I was told the sneakers would be delivered on a Monday then I was told they couldn't find the sneakers and I was asked to pick another pair in my size which I did. I've been asking for the tracking number with no response and its been 2 weeks since I returned the sneakers and I still don't have the replacement shoes. I will never buy from Salomon Sports again I'm so unhappy and frustrated with all the lies and stories I'm being told and not being responded to. Such a bad customer service.
