Salomon service is shocking
Salomon doesn't assist customers with items bought under guarantee. My lovely super cross trail running shoes have 4 large holes in them after using it for 4 months. My hydration pack elastics holding my water bottles broke. They refused to replace or fix it. They took my hydration pack away from me for over 2 months. They refused to give it back.
