Salomon Footwear and after sales service SUCKS.

In December my husband bought me a pair of Salomon Alphacross 5 from Outdoor Warehouse in Bellville. With it being summer I never wore them and only got around to wearing them in the last month. The first two times everything was fine but the third time I wore them my right foot specifically my heel started burning and paining, so much so that I had to remove the shoe immediately. I took the shoes back to Outdoor Warehouse with the slip and explained the problem, they were very friendly and helpful but explained that they need to contact Salomon. Please note these shoes are basically brand new you cant even see it was worn. After 5 days and not hearing anything I went back there today and they informed me that the Salomon rep said he needs to inspect the shoes, but that he just does not show up. How long do I need to wait to get answers from Salomon. I really thought a company like Salomon will handle matters like these with a bit more urgency, seeing that the word comfort gets mentioned quite a lot in all the advertising of Salomon Alphacross 5. I will not recommend Salomon to anyone and never ever spend a cent on this brand, just because of their never mindedness attitude and super bad after sales service.
