Poor quality and no feedback

I've written an email directly on their website on Monday about Salomon shoes purchased that is tearing loose at the soles and requested feedback as to who to speak to and what to do, still no feedback?? This is not the quality that is expected Salomons. Feedback would be highly appreciated! The shoes are only about 3 months old.
