Poor Product Quality and Service

I bought a pair of your shoes in March 2019 in the mistaken belief that they would last as long (if not longer) as the popular brands to which I have become accustomed. When I noticed that the sole was coming away from the upper, I approached the Cape Union Mart store where the shoes were purchased. I was told that nothing could be done as the shoes are out of warranty. The same was told to me when I approached your outlet in Access Park, Kenilworth.

My disappointment in the poor quality of your product was exacerbated by the poor customer service that I received. At the very least I expected an investigation into the reason(s) for the flaw, if not for my appea*****t, then for the improvement of your product. Absolutely no interest was shown for my plight.

Needless to say that this is the first and last Salomon product that I shall buy.
