False advertising by Salomonsports
Saw a second add on salomonsports and wanted to purchase the Sonic Pro for R999 (as advertised) but there were no option to place and order. So I send a message to Salomon, Salomonsouthafric and Salomonsports with no reply. Surely this is false advertising and very bad service by an International recognised brand. See add: https://salomonsports.co.za/sonic-pro-11514.html The first add I saw was for Sonic Pro green colour for R899 and on their reply they said that they can’t recall any add for this price and the price is actually R2699.

12 Jan 2019, 19:17Claire Robinson from Salomon retail contacted me and apologised for the bad experience with Salomonsports. She offered me the Sonic Pro 2 for R999 and I accepted it. It is unfortunate that I had to complain before we sorted out the issue but after all I am happy with the outcome and will support the Salomons brand again.
