Bad service of online shop, quality problem

When one orders online they have a strict 7 days - 5 working days return policy and the buyer has to cover the cost of the return (at least 200R). In addition- I bought one pair of their expensive shoes in July 2020 which after not even 6 months started cracking on both sides in the front. When I addressed that with them I never got a reply. I think their service is very bad and if at all I will rather buy their shoes at Cape Union Market.
